The Umrah visa is typically processed in 3-4 working days after submitting the required documents.

3. What documents are required to apply for an Umrah visa?

To apply for an Umrah visa, you need:

• A valid Indian passport with at least 6 months of validity from your intended travel date.

• A PDF scan of the first and last page of your passport.

4. Do I need to submit my physical passport?

No, you do not need to submit your physical passport. A scanned copy of your passport’s first and last page in PDF format is sufficient.

5. Is Health Insurance included with the Umrah visa cost?

Yes! Health insurance is included in the cost of the Umrah visa. This insurance provides coverage during your stay in Saudi Arabia for the duration of your Umrah pilgrimage.

6. How long is the Umrah visa valid for?

The Umrah visa is usually valid for 90 days from the date of issue and the length of stay cannot exceed 88 days once you enter Saudi Arabia.

7. Can I travel to other cities in Saudi Arabia with an Umrah visa?

Yes! You can travel to other cities in Saudi Arabia with an Umrah visa, in addition to the holy cities of Makkah and Madinah.

8. Can I enter Saudi Arabia through any port of entry using an Umrah visa?

Yes! You can enter Saudi Arabia through any international airport using an Umrah visa. This flexibility allows you to choose the most convenient airport for your travel plans.

9. What is the difference between Umrah visa with and without transport?

• Umrah Visa Only: You receive the visa, but you need to arrange transport separately.

• Umrah Visa with Transport: You receive shared or private transportation to and from Makkah, Madinah, and Jeddah, with or without Ziyarah.

10. What is Ziyarah?

Ziyarah refers to visiting important Islamic landmarks and sites of historical or religious significance, often included in some Umrah transport packages.

11. How will I receive my Umrah visa?

Once your visa is processed, we will send the E-Visa to your WhatsApp number. You can print it or keep a digital copy for your travels.

12. Can I cancel or get a refund on my Umrah visa?

Once the Umrah visa has been processed, it is usually non-refundable & non-transferable.
